‘Communication with the Difference 2026’,Drama Showcase
Hong Kong Baptist University once again extended its invitation to participate in the annual “Cultivating Peace Project.” This year, 13 Secondary 3 and Secondary 4 students collaborated with elders from Sage Players. Following more than a month of intensive drama training and rehearsals, the participants took to the stage at the Jockey Club Black Box Theatre, JCCAC.
Whispers of Life: The performance brought students and elders together on stage, where they used meaningful objects to evoke memories and share personal life stories. Through this intergenerational exchange, students not only learned valuable lessons in interpersonal communication but also discovered new ways to express themselves through drama. The collaboration highlighted the transformative power of theatre in fostering empathy, mutual understanding, and peace across generations.
