Baker’s Evergreen Elder Academy- Tea Ware Culture and History
This project, sponsored by the Elder Academy Development Foundation, seeks to encourage active participation of older adults in activities and lessons, promote intergenerational harmony through the dual learn-and-teach roles within Elder Academy programmes, and advance the concept of lifelong learning.

The tea master showcased a collection of teaware spanning from the Tang and Song dynasties to the late Qing, introducing both the elderly and the youth to the rich history of Chinese tea sets. This history not only reflects the economic landscapes of various eras but also highlights how the personal tastes of emperors shaped tea culture. Furthermore, students had the hands-on opportunity to brew their own tea, allowing them to truly experience the 'Way of Tea.
