Introduction On March 13, 2026, our Secondary 2 students participated in the Diversity Learning Day, embarking on an enriching educational visit to the Hong Kong Heritage Museum in Shatin. This activity was thoughtfully designed to deepen students' understanding of Chinese culture and heritage while enhancing their sense of national identity.

Exhibition Exploration and Project Research During the visit, students actively engaged in experiential learning by exploring various culturally significant exhibitions, covering fascinating aspects such as traditional Chinese opera, Hong Kong movies, and historical fashion. Working collaboratively in groups of three or four, the students acted as young researchers. They carefully observed the exhibits, took photographs, and gathered essential information for their upcoming presentations.

Conclusion The immersive environment allowed students to step out of the traditional classroom and connect directly with their cultural roots. Through this meaningful visit, students not only developed vital research, note-taking, and teamwork skills but also cultivated a profound appreciation for our nation's rich history. Following the visit, the students successfully completed their PowerPoint presentations and delivered impressive public speeches, showcasing their newfound knowledge and enhanced public speaking skills.
