Aims:

  • To raise students' sense of national identity through the appreciation of Chinese cultures and explore the cultural insights and historical significance of Chinese cuisines.
  • To provide students with the opportunity to acquire Chinese culinary skills through the learning of related cooking concepts, vocabulary, and hands-on cooking activities.

Activities: Hands-on making and cooking of Chinese steamed Chicken roll (中式雞扎) and Cheung Chau Glutinous Rice Cake (正宗長洲糯米糍)


Chef Li is demonstrating the preparation of chicken rolls with the assistance of an educational consultant.
