Aims:
- To raise students' sense of national identity through the appreciation of Chinese cultures and explore the cultural insights and historical significance of Chinese cuisines.
- To provide students with the opportunity to acquire Chinese culinary skills through the learning of related cooking concepts, vocabulary, and hands-on cooking activities.
Activities: Hands-on making and cooking of Chinese steamed Chicken roll (中式雞扎) and Cheung Chau Glutinous Rice Cake (正宗長洲糯米糍)
