We are proud to announce that Chan Sze Ue of Class 3A has officially joined the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) for elite training in Taekwondo starting from April 2026, and has successfully secured the Elite Training Grant!
As a dedicated member of the Hong Kong Cadet Taekwondo Team for many years, Sze Ue has demonstrated immense perseverance through rigorous training. She has represented Hong Kong, China in numerous local and international competitions across Thailand, South Korea, and Switzerland, consistently achieving outstanding results and bringing great honour to both our school and Hong Kong.
Following a series of rigorous interviews and physical assessments, she has now commenced a one-year professional training programme at the HKSI, which involves five high-intensity technical and fitness training sessions each week.
Upholding our school’s mission of "promoting holistic education", the school fully supports Sze Ue in her dual-track development in academics and sports. We are committed to creating diverse learning opportunities and providing flexible academic support through cross-departmental collaboration, assisting our students in developing their inherent talents and pursuing a goal-oriented life.
We sincerely wish Sze Ue a fruitful and courageous years ahead as she reaches new heights! May she continue to find joy in sports while making steady academic progress, winning further glory for Hong Kong, China on the international stage.
1A KWOK Wing-him won a bronze medal in the Boys Grade C Epee event at the NT Inter-school Fencing Individual Competition. Most of the remaining fencing team members advanced from the group stage with good rankings.
This school year, our basketball teams performed well. The Girls Grade A team finished fourth, while both the Girls Grade C and Boys Grade B teams have successfully advanced to the quarter-finals and were awarded merit trophies. These good results reflect the players’ hard work and teamwork. We are proud of their achievements.
On 25 April, our school participated in the Athletics Meet organised by S.K.H Ling Oi Primary School. The event not only gave our alumni from Ling Oi Primary the opportunity to give back to their alma mater by serving as timers and position judges, but also allowed our track and field team to compete in the Secondary Schools 4×100M Invitation Relay against other schools in the Yuen Long District.

In a spectacular display of teamwork and grit, both our Grade B and Grade C Girls’ Teams emerged as Champions, with our Grade C team remarkably securing their third consecutive championship title!

Students from Secondary 3 to Secondary 5 applied innovative thinking to daily challenges by developing inventive solutions in the 28th Hong Kong Youth Science & Technology Innovation Competition. They ultimately received the Merit Award in the Energy and Environmental Science category for both the Senior Secondary and Junior Secondary divisions. The competition not only showcased their creativity but also enhanced their communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
This has been an outstanding and fruitful year for our squash team! In the highly competitive NT Inter-school Squash Team Competition, our Boys secured a proud Fourth place, while the Girls achieved an impressive Second place. Our young talents shone brightly in the LCSD Outreach Coaching Programme Squash Team Competition, claiming the Junior Secondary School Boys Champion, Junior Secondary School Girls Champion, and the ultimate Overall Junior Secondary School Champion titles. Adding to the success, the Senior Secondary School Girls team fought hard to earn a well-deserved Second place. These remarkable achievements reflect the dedication, skill, and team spirit of every player and coach. Congratulations to the entire squash family — here's to continued excellence on the court!
The Moral and Civic Ambassadors of our school participated in the 4th Love and Legacy: Intergeneration Video Competition cum Caring Program. Students attended two workshops to learn video shooting and editing techniques. Afterward, they invited seniors to play games together and create videos to promote the spirit of caring for the elderly, filial piety and intergenerational harmony.
